Hiring from Cool 2 Freeze is straightforward. Here’s how it works, from enquiry to collection.

Get in touch

Tell us what you need and when. Fill in the enquiry form, or call or WhatsApp us with your dates, location, and whether you need a fridge or freezer trailer.

We’ll quote you

We confirm availability and send a clear quote covering hire, delivery and the refundable deposit. No surprises.

We deliver & set up

We bring the trailer to your site, position it, and make sure it’s running at the right temperature before we leave. You’ll just need a suitable power supply nearby (see below).

You’re good to go

Load it up and let it do its job. If anything’s not right, our 24-hour callout has you covered.

We collect

When your hire’s finished, we come and collect. Empty it, defrost it and give it a quick clean, and your deposit is returned in full.

How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weekends and event season — though we’ll always try to help with short-notice and emergency hires.
Yes — we deliver and collect every trailer ourselves, across Dorset and the surrounding area. Delivery is free within 10 miles of Wareham, then £2 per mile.
No — we handle delivery and collection for you, so there’s no towing to worry about.
Anything from a single day to several weeks, with discounts for multi-day hires.
Yes, a refundable £100 deposit to confirm your booking. It’s returned in full once the trailer’s back with us, clean and undamaged.
A 16A supply. If you’re not sure what you’ve got, tell us when you enquire and we’ll help.
The trailer itself is covered by our insurance. You’re responsible for insuring anything you store inside it, so make sure your stock is covered.
